Christmas and New Year delivery dates

Our production department will be closed until the 4th January and any orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be for a delivery on the 5th/6th January.

How quickly will I get my canvas?

We guarantee to post your canvas within 1 working day of your order. We send canvases by 24 hour couriers so you should expect your canvas 2 working days after you order. For example if you order before midnight on Tuesday we will make your canvas on Wednesday and dispatch it to our couriers. They then delivery to you on the Thursday.

Please note that the above schedule only applies to mainland UK addresses. Scottish Highlands, Ireland and UK Islands will take a day or two longer for delivery.

You deliver in 2 working days - what is a working day?

Working days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. If for example you order on Thursday we will post your canvas on the Friday and it will be delivered on the next working day which is Monday.

How much is delivery

Delivery is £9.99 for canvases under 40 inches to mainland UK addresses and £15.99 for canvases above 40 inches. The postage charge is per order and not per canvas so if you order 4 canvases not only will you benefit from our 15% discount on the canvases you will also only pay one £9.99 charge for postage. Delivery to Highlands, UK Islands and Ireland is more expensive and you will be able to see exact prices for these locations during the order process. Postage is currently free to UK mainland. Delivery costs are still charged for UK Islands, the Highlands and Ireland

Do I need to be in to accept delivery

Yes. All our parcels are sent by recorded courier and require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home you will be left a card informing you that the couriers tried to deliver along with details of how to re-arrange delivery. The courier will attempt to deliver 3 times after which time they will send the parcel back to us. If this happens we will have to charge you a delivery fee again to resend out your canvas.

What time will my canvas delivery arrive

The couriers do not specify a time and delivery can occur anytime between 9am and 5:30pm. In our experience though the majority of deliveries occur earlier on in the day rather than later.

Do you deliver on Saturday

I am afraid that we do not deliver on Saturday.
