Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver stretched canvases to the UK and Ireland. Due to the delicate nature of canvas prints we unfortunately do not deliver to any other locations.

How long from posting till I receive my canvas?

We send all our canvases by 24 hour courier so that they reach you quickly and safely. Please note that if it is an Irish address delivery can take an extra 1-2 days.

What time will my canvas arrive?

Courier firms do not specify delivery times and your canvas could be delivered at any time between 9am and 5:30pm . In our experience though the majority of deliveries occur before 2pm. Please note that deliveries will only occur on weekdays (Mon-Fri)

How do I know when my canvas has been sent to me?

As standard we will have your canvas with you within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving an order. You will receive an email from us when your canvas has been dispatched with tracking details.

Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?

As your canvas will arrive by courier we do require that someone is there to sign for the parcel so sometimes it may be useful to give us your work address or a friends address if you are not likely to be about during the day. If you are not in the courier firm will attempt delivery again the following day.
After this attempt the canvases are returned to us and we will charge an additional postage fee to resend the canvas back to you.
You may want to leave the canvas with a neighbour. If this is a case, if you could please email this requirement to us, including the full address of the person details, as well as your reference number. Also please make sure this is done before we dispatch the canvas.

Can I order a canvas print and have it to be sent to another address?

Yes you can. All you need to do is to fill out the required delivery address that you wish to send the canvas too.

How much is delivery

Delivery is £9.99 for canvases under 40 inches to mainland UK addresses and £15.99 for canvases above 40 inches. The postage charge is per order and not per canvas so if you order 4 canvases not only will you benefit from our 15% discount on the canvases you will also only pay one £9.99 charge for postage. Delivery to Highlands, UK Islands and Ireland is more expensive and you will be able to see exact prices for these locations during the order process. Postage is currently free to UK mainland. Delivery costs are still charged for UK Islands, the Highlands and Ireland

How are the canvases packed?

All our canvases are first wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged within double strength cardboard. This is significantly better than the standard card wrapping that most canvas companies use and ensures that your canvas arrives in pristine condition.

We currently only send items for delivery Monday-Friday.

Can I pick up my Canvas from your office?

You can pick up the canvas from our offices. If you carry out the order process, but in the note section, add a note saying that you would like to pick up the canvas. We will then refund you the difference of the postage. You will receive an email regarding when the canvas will be ready for collection.
